Zde se vyr\u00e1b\u011bl v letech 1960 &#8211; 63, odkud se pak v\u00fdroba p\u0159enesla do Kovoz\u00e1vod\u016f Semily. Voz\u00edk si velmi rychle pro svou prakti\u010dnost z\u00edskal p\u0159\u00edznivce.  Nejzn\u00e1m\u011bj\u0161\u00ed jsou modely PAV 40 a 41, kter\u00e9 se vz\u00e1jemn\u011b li\u0161ily jen nepatrn\u00fdmi konstruk\u010dn\u00edmi zm\u011bnami. Byly prim\u00e1rn\u011b ur\u010deny pro motocykly Jawa 250 a 350 ccm a pro \u010cZ 175 ccm. Vyr\u00e1b\u011bly se v typick\u00e9 barv\u011b Jawa tmav\u00e1 \u010derven\u00e1 nebo v barv\u011b \u010dern\u00e9 pro motocykly \u010cZ. Konstrukce voz\u00edku byla velmi jednoduch\u00e1. Kovov\u00e1 sk\u0159\u00ed\u0148 o obsahu 103,6 dm3 mohla n\u00e9st a\u017e 30 kg n\u00e1kladu. Byla uzav\u0159ena \u0161irok\u00fdm v\u00edkem. To se otv\u00edralo na pant nebo bylo cel\u00e9 odn\u00edmateln\u00e9. V\u00edko bylo uzamykateln\u00e9 a na sv\u00e9 horn\u00ed plo\u0161e mohlo n\u00e9st miniaturn\u00ed zahr\u00e1dku na drobnosti. Zadn\u00ed kolo bylo odpru\u017eeno, kryto blatn\u00edkem a osazeno pneumatikou o rozm\u011bru 300&#215;100. Boky byly chr\u00e1n\u011bny trubkov\u00fdm r\u00e1mem proti necht\u011bn\u00e9mu p\u0159evr\u00e1cen\u00ed. Na tomto r\u00e1mu byly \u010derven\u00e9 a b\u00edl\u00e9 odrazky. V zadn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti voz\u00edku byl prostor pro SPZ a nad n\u00edm um\u00edst\u011bn\u00e9 sv\u011btlo. To obsahovalo \u017e\u00e1rovku sv\u011btla brzdy a pozi\u010dn\u00ed, kter\u00e9 z\u00e1rove\u0148 osv\u011btlovalo SPZ.  K motocyklu se voz\u00edk PAV upev\u0148oval ta\u017en\u00fdm za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm z ocelov\u00fdch beze\u0161v\u00fdch trubek vlo\u017een\u00edm \u010depu do kardanov\u00e9ho k\u0159\u00ed\u017ee, kter\u00fd byl sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed ta\u017en\u00e9 oje voz\u00edku. Na ta\u017en\u00e9m za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed byla i speci\u00e1ln\u00ed trojp\u00f3lov\u00e1 z\u00e1suvka, kter\u00e1 vedla proud ke koncov\u00e9mu sv\u011btlu. J\u00edzda s voz\u00edkem PAV byla bezprobl\u00e9mov\u00e1, pokud \u0159idi\u010d dodr\u017eoval logick\u00e9 z\u00e1sady: \u00b7 T\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 v\u011bci ulo\u017eit na dno, t\u011b\u017ei\u0161t\u011b tak je um\u00edst\u011bno co nejn\u00ed\u017ee. \u00b7 Respektovat silni\u010dn\u00ed nerovnosti a v\u010das sn\u00ed\u017eit rychlost \u00b7 Za j\u00edzdy nep\u0159ekro\u010dit maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed povolenou rychlost 70 km\/hod. Pokud by se tak stalo, voz\u00edk se mohl rozvibrovat. Ve\u0161ker\u00e1 \u00fadr\u017eba spo\u010d\u00edvala v kontrole spr\u00e1vn\u00e9ho nahu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed pneu a ob\u010dasn\u00e9m promaz\u00e1n\u00ed kardanov\u00e9ho k\u0159\u00ed\u017ee ta\u017en\u00e9ho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. PAV byl jednoduch\u00fd a nen\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd pomocn\u00edk. Voz\u00edky za motocykl vyr\u00e1b\u011blo v letech 1959-66 i Lidov\u00e9 v\u00fdrobn\u00ed dru\u017estvo Motex. Jejich voz\u00edky typ 287 byly dvoustop\u00e9, pro 50 kg n\u00e1kladu, robustn\u00ed konstrukce, uzav\u0159en\u00e9 odkl\u00e1p\u011bc\u00edm v\u00edkem nebo jen plachtou.
